    @mattyoung92 VERY …
    @mattyoung92 VERY TRUE..ATP is hydrolysed and there for hydrogen IONS build up and eventually become too much for the buffering protocol to cope with and thus lowering the pH to cause acidosis, People associate this with lactic acid since it has the word acid in it. I was just having a terrible day lol and was just tiresome to simplify everythin :P

    @christophela …
    @christophela That’s so right. Here in America the majority of supplements are filled with all of this useless unecessary that takes away from what the supplement really must be. Also I gotta question, I’ll send you a PM.

    the burn is …
    the burn is in fact the build up of hydrogen irons its commonly misconception LA is your friend they place LA into rats and got them to run at there threshold and they found they had better contractions when doing so.

    @christophela well …
    @christophela well in fact, its worse in the US. i live in Canada, so our supplement industry is a small bit more…censored. we cant get some of the really intense thats available in the US but we still receive most of the brands and products from the majors. but you’re right, there is rarely pure supplements like that beta alanine package. its all in pre-workout formulas with added sugars,sweeteners and fillers because the average joe desires their supplement to ‘taste excellent’.

    @2112mike problem …
    @2112mike problem is with these formulas or blends is they tend to only place a small bit of the excellent stuff in, I mean if you can feel the tingling then there must be the right dosage in them, but you pay triple the amount, Altho im under the impression u guys in america struggle to get pure simple supplments in their basic forms, am i Right?

  8. 2112mike Says:
