it will helps with weight gain to a small degree maybe 5 lbs, it helps with strenght cause it increases your ATP stores which allows you to work the muscle longer and harder with less fatigue, so by working harder you get more muscle size..make sure your eat at least your body weight in grams of protein per day also to support muscle growth, so if you weigh 200 lbs eat at least 200 grams of protein a day divided in small meals thru the day thanks

I wouldn’t bother …
I wouldn’t bother with Creatine. All it does is promotes water retention which will swell up your muscles with water. (assuming you drink a gallon a day) and it gives a little bit of a performance boost. But you can’t constantly take it, you have to cycle on and off. On for 6 weeks and off for 2 weeks. But once you go off it you lose that water weight and your muscles will lose mass, but, they will NOT lose strength. I went off it and didn’t notice any change in my lifts. I can still bench 235.
