I dont know if this question really makes sense, but i have been wondering for a while. I realize that your suppose to atleast take down one gallon of water, right? Whens the best time to consume most of it? after working out? Before working out? evenly distribute it throughout the day? Right after you drink the creatine? and is it true to drink grape juice after you take creatine to get it out of yout stomach and in the blood stream? Anyone that could help thannkkkks alott!
Creatine is more rapidly absorbed with simple carbs and/or sugar. A lot of people simply mix their creatine with powered gatoraid for more rapid absorption.
However, creatine takes a while to build up in your system. All manufacturers and a number of employees at fitness stores will tell you to start with a "loading phase". However, this will mainly result in burning through the creatine faster.
Most experienced weight lifters will tell you to just consume it at the normal rate and let it build up.
Water: Since creatine needs to build up, you will just drink water normally. Increase the amount of water you drink anytime you sweat beyond normal. So, after a workout.
Creatine just builds up and stays in your system and that’s why you’ll just drink normal.
For instance, if you just bought creatine for the first time today, taking it before your workout will have virtually NO impact on improving your workout.
You’ll also want to make sure you get more potassium in your body to prevent cramps since creatine will increase the number of muscle cramps you’ll get.

You should consume the water all day long. If you consume too much at one time your electrolytes will become unbalanced and result in some pretty uncomfortable sensations, and may even cause you to vomit. If I take creatine straight, I put the powder in my mouth and wash it down with 8 oz or so.

Drink water all throughout the day evenly, it doesn’t matter a whole lot as long as you do drink it sometime, you need to drink alot when you are on creatine…
and the grape juice thing is getting at the relation between creatine in the blood stream and sugar. The more sugar beverages that you consume with your creatine, the more rapidly it will enter your blood stream. this is why many of the good creatine brands have alot of sugar mixed in the formula already…
hope i helped and
good luck!
