Body naturally releases creatine at night. A excellent nights rest can save you money. But, I do not believe it matters what time you take it.
Edit* According to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Ecyclepedia to Body Building, one must be wary of digesting food during a workout because the digestive system will rob your muscles from the blood supply the muscles needs in order to develop the nutrients to the muscles. So maybe you must wait until after your workout. I know it’s recommended to eat protien surrounded by 30 minutes of a workout for the best effect if that helps.

its best to take creatine tablets 30 min before a work out on an empty stomach and if you take it with zma it gives you that extra boost….. then take zma again just before bed
