Edit* According to Arnold Schwarzenegger&#039;s Ecyclepedia to Body Building, one should be wary of digesting food during a workout because the digestive system will rob your muscles from the blood supply the muscles needs in order to develop the nutrients to the muscles. So maybe you should wait until after your workout. I know it&#039;s recommended to eat protien within 30 minutes of a workout for the best effect if that helps.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
