    what creatin helps you do is recover quicker and work out longer, by giving you extra does of protein and vitamins.. it doesnt make you larger its self it just helps you hit the gym longer, harder and more regularly

    The first two answers are completely and utterly WRONG. Third is right. You could take the two, but I’d take em seperetaely. Make sure to take the creatine before the workout though.
