Does anyone here use creatine supplements? And is it ok to mix them with protein bars/shakes or should you stick to just one?

what creatin helps you do is recover faster and work out longer, by giving you extra does of protein and vitamins.. it doesnt make you bigger its self it just helps you hit the gym longer, harder and more often

    creatine just fills your muscles up with water, as soon as you stop, your muscles go away

    The first two answers are completely and utterly WRONG. Third is right. You could take the two, but I’d take em seperetaely. Make sure to take the creatine before the workout though.
