Does anyone else reckon this girl is tiresome to act smarter then she really is? Creatine is multiple amino acids (methyl guanidine-acetic acid) and creatine in fact inhibits endurance its main function is providing stores of ATP for quick twitch muscles… someone must tell her to pick up a text book. so if your looking to use creatine and your an endurance runner. probably a terrible thought unless Your training regimen is high intensity interval training (HIIT)

    For the ones that …
For the ones that have doubts in this area taking creatine or not… I say TAKE IT, it’s completely safe, helpful and cheap. Just keep your water intake high and you’ll see results. 5 grams per day is more than enough even though I was recommended to made a loading phase which I did. I am into weightlifting and I gained around 20 pounds in less than three months (probably a lot of water weight though) but my strength increased a lot. Just eat 5 times a day, train properly and drink tons of water!

    Creatine is very …
Creatine is very effective. I have seen Diahrea in usage of creatine, and you will start gaining weight. The weight gain is mostly water as after you stop using creatine your muscle will look smaller. But at the end of the usage the purpose is that you work out harder thatn usual and putting up for more than maxiumizing your training. If you dont do like very intence workout. Like I do football 2 hour workout . 1hr weight, and 1 hr cardio. than it is advisable. but 30 minute in a gym dont.

    I have had no …
I have had no side-effects but as with all supplementing consult your physician. I have heard of people experiencing muscular hypertension, but only with ungodly amounts of creatine. It is in fact naturally produced in its highest quantities relative to body mass when you are a baby so I would assume age is not a limiting factor. I’ve used it with much of success myself. If you do use it make sure you are eating and drinking enough to compliment. Also toke it in a ph neutral solution like H20

I know right, no group of “professionals” know less in this area their area of study than do Registered Dietitians. Their primary purpose is to design diets for sick people. They suck at that. They suck worse at designing diets for healthy people.
