@jreily88 The ...
@jreily88 The reason working out first thing in the morning is such a good Idea, is because when your body hits deep sleep it begins to produce growth hormone and anabolic effects, also you are free of all the other garbage your body processes during the day, if you work out first thing you get more anabolic effects. Like wise sleeping 8 hours ea night helps as well.

It relates to ...
It relates to priority training...like if you do bi`s and tris just say...if you want to hit your tri`s harder you hit them first before you go onto bi`s...I also work out alot at night due to scheduling but either way you should always stretch and always warm up low wieght high rep before you start working out regardless. If you sleep 6-8 hours at night and wake up in the am youll hit it harder its a known fact.

@DameCahill

What ...
@DameCahill

What proof do you have of this? Everyone is different. If you are not a morning person, then you wouldn't want to work out in the morning. I myself have no trouble sleeping at night right after I workout, and I actually get a better workout at night, because my muscles are already loose from the day. I know plenty of people who workout at night and achieve better results as someone who works out in the morning. You burn calories all day, and in fact, you burn even more at night.

Look dude...Fact is ...
Look dude...Fact is..its always best to hit it in the morning when your fresh..if you got kids..or work interferes with your workout routine your going to have to do what you gotta do and fit it in any way posible. Run on your lunchbreaks or wake up 2hours earlier to hit the gym or buy a barbell and freewieghts to do you bi\tri workouts in the crib.if your dedicated youll be able to find a time for your training.

Now to me, working ...
Now to me, working out in the morning is best for fat loss, because you don't have anything in your stomach, so you would start burning off fat immediately.
