Take some rubbing alcohol. grind up the power into a fine powder. Stick it in the bottom of a 2 liter bottle. Now get ready with the cap and the rubbing alcohol. U should put about a half inch of chlorine in it and 4 to 5 times that much rubbing alcohol. Quickly add the rubbing alcohol tighten the lid. Then get ready to run. You got like 30 seconds before it blows. Ive done this over a hundred times and the bigger u make it the bigger it will get.
