    But I will say that during the past two being is when I hurt my body the most when I really started delving into the supplement world. My friends got me into it. Like I said, one of my best friends was in the hospital twice from the results of taking these supplements. We both talked yesterday and resolute that we hurt our bodies to a considerable degree since starting bodybuilding. I have quit supplements and am currently considering a doctor. I will start BB again sup free.

    I …
    @Lewissnicholls

    I started with just protein (nitrotech) then switched proteins a few times and started taking my first creatine supplement Xyience. I then went on to creatine monohydrate. After, I started taking Green Magnum. After that I started Anabolic Halo. Later down the line I combined it with NOShotgun for a preamp. All in all I took Halo for in this area 7 months whole. Shotgun for a month. I was creatine free for most of my bodybuilding career which spans over 6 being.

    So, do you take …
    So, do you take these suppliments?

  4. AlexPittEdu Says:

    Oh and why do you …
    Oh and why do you reckon that 99% of the proponents of these chemicals are young kids like this guy? Let me see a 30+ year ancient who uses Cell MAss, torrent, Anabolic halo, Noxplode, noshotgun, etc etc etc. Duh. Adults lived longer and learned. You kids who were born yesterday don’t even have a GED yet but try to down talk a grown man.

    Tell …
    @shadowscion

    Tell me what they place in meat. I don’t know your question. I’m not a vegetarian. I’m 225 lbs, 6’2, all muscle. I didn’t get huge like that eating carrots.

  6. shadowscion Says:

    You didn’t read my …
    You didn’t read my question properly.

    @Trigr

    After I …
    @Trigr

    After I stopped taking creatine I lost nearly 15 lbs in water. So, when idiots like yourself take creatine to get huge and gain 3 lbs in a week and rave in this area how excellent the product is, idiot, you are just gaining water mass. Your kidneys and bladder get ruined in the process, but you don’t believe me so I won’t continue. Go on and do whatever you want, I’m not your mother or your father.

  8. AlexPittEdu Says:

    @shadowscion

    How …
    @shadowscion

    How is that the same thing? An animal has a liver and kidneys to filter out most of the stuff that is terrible for you. You are eating its meat. If you eat protein powder with additives to keep it fresh your liver and your kidneys are the ones working to filter that crap out of your system. The stress is on your own organs. I could care less what you do with your own body, it’s your choice. I am just tiresome to enlighten people before they find out for themselves.

  9. AlexPittEdu Says:

    @Trigr First of all …
    @Trigr First of all idiot… How long have you been lifting? Idiot. I didn’t say creatine causes diabetes. The insulin spike some supplements make cause these problems. I had a friend who was stacking who had pancreatitis at age 18 who nearly died.

    Second, don’t talk to me like I started lifting yesterday. I have most likely been lifting way harder and longer than you and I certainly know what I’m talking in this area. Stupid small kids like you that just learned creatine me off. Idiot.

  10. Trigr Says:

    yeah, I’m gonna get …
    yeah, I’m gonna get diabetes from taking creatine, idiot! I’ll take as many supplements as I well please.

  11. shadowscion Says:

    Okay then so are …
    Okay then so are you a vegetarian, too? Do you have any thought of what they place in meat these days?

  12. connecttro Says:

    what chemicals
    what chemicals

  13. AlexPittEdu Says:

    anything you place in …
    anything you place in your body that isn’t natural is terrible. How do you reckon that powder stays fresh in there without any refrigeration? There are tons of preservatives (toxic) added to keep that fresh. Not only that, but that powder is chemically altered garbage. People didn’t take whey protein a thousand being ago. Our bodies weren’t constructed for all these chemicals.

  16. connecttro Says:

    its always very vital to drink lots water with creatine. at least a gallon a day, but muscle tech products do get alot of negative reviews. whey is ok

    @AlexPittEdu couldnt agree more bro

  18. AlexPittEdu Says:

    …are shifty …
    …are shifty and will (not maybe, but surely) result in health problems down the line. If you are smart and dedicated you will gain muscle mass lifting hard and eating properly (do the investigate). Don’t pay attention to the marketing done on creatine. Most of these sites have something to gain! They are sponsored or themselves sell these supplements. Please take my word of advice man. I’ve been taking this for being and now my body is everlastingly hurt from it. Take care of your body!!!!!!!

  19. AlexPittEdu Says:

    Pay attention. Your …
    Pay attention. Your body already makes creatine.. All it does is it bloats your muscles with water. It is a shifty compound that hasn’t been around long enough for people to know the long-term effects. My mom is a doctor and has patients that swear they used only GNC products that are having health problems as early as in their 20′s. If you’re going to take anything, leave it at whey protein. Even that is terrible for you, but creatine is even worse. All these substances you place in your body…

  20. AlexPittEdu Says:

    A gym friend of …
    A gym friend of mine told me that his wife’s friend which is a nurse told her that there were young people who got diabetes from taking Celltech. It’s horrible for your body. It makes the “insuline spike” which is extremely shifty. Don’t take any supplements guys they are horrible. They will ruin your body over time. If you’re under 20 and disagree with me, shut the up and listen to someone who is older and wiser. I’ve been there and done that. And I learned.

  21. matt1234536 Says:

    fuck this shit, …
    this shit, stick with a pure creatine monohydrate. your mostly paying for dextrose sugar

  22. bbr11 Says:

    what the is …
    what the is creatine? I’ve been taking whey protein and I’m curious as to what this is. It sounds like it really works from researching over the internet. Can someone tell me what exactly this is? how do you use it? do you have to take it with whey protein?

  23. sicknastybroseph Says:

    im not looking to …
    im not looking to be a douchebag here.. but it doesnt really seem like you know what youre talking in this area. “creatine monohydrate can really bother your stomach because its very acidic, and im not really sure if this is like that.” probably shouldnt do a review and a product you havent used..

  24. EXTREMEKICKBOXER Says:

    TRY BSN CELL MASS

    TRY BSN CELL MASS

    more effective and far more safer than cell tech
    cell mass gives u long term excellent results
    use cell mass for 10 weeks and give 3 weeks gap

    stack along with whey protein and right mass if u want to bulk up

    this stack is lot better than cell tech and nitro tech
