Creatine Monohydrate,Creatine Citrate,Creatine Phosphate,Creatine Malate, or Creatine Ester. which would give me the best results if i go to the gym 5 days a week and i want to gain muscular weight and muscle mass. Right now i weight 140 pounds and i am skinny so i guess that would make it easier to get tone muscles because i dont have too much fat to loose right?

from personal experience i would say Monohydrate, i gained 10lbs in a month or so.
i used kre alkalyn and saw no results at all.
Ethyl Ester may also be a good choice though.
