Some say that the “loading phase” is not de rigueur. Personally, I took 10-15 g for the first week, then 5g from then on. I don’t reckon there is any need for amounts like 20g to be in your body per day. Just thought I’d share my experience.

we have a vid up on bodybuilding supplements for teens that you may find helpful. As for your question, you are likely new to training and therefore can build quite a bit of muscle w/o it for a couple being. It’s not that creatine would be terrible for you, it’s more that it is not rate limiting for you at this point so you just don’t need it. Hope this helps.

    the loading can …
the loading can help speed up infiltration so if you are going to use it for a small period of time (< 6 weeks) we’d recommend doing it, if you are going to use it longer you may choose to or not to since you will be on it longer you will reach infiltration it just takes a small longer. As for brand we’d recommend Creapure which is the patented, tested form of CM from Germany. A couple brands that use are Optimum & Allmax Nutrition. Hope this helps, thank you for watching.

yes, ideally you would shoot for ~.05g/kg or 0.025g/lb of body weight. So for you 150 lbs that is ~3.75g/day. Now keep in mind if you take 15-20g/day for the first 3-5 days you will speed up infiltration. Hope this helps.

Fantastic infomation on creatine and how to use it. I have supposed all along that the loading phase was a waste of time. Even back in the 1990′s when I was taking it!
I also considered that the sided effects were also just more rumors someone started to scare people away from it. As a side question, what brand would your recommended taking that is effective and cheap? I have not full any creatine in being and I am looking for a excellent brand!

    creatine is a …
creatine is a substance that is made endogenously and it is also obtained exogenously from the diet. Therefore down parameter is not a huge concern. That being said we do recommend breaking up use where you use it for 8-16 weeks followed by at least 6 weeks off, of for no other reason the mental edge of getting back on it. I’ve heard people must cycle creatine on and off as your body might stop producing creatine, is that right? Also do you recommend creatine for people who are a certain age? Or can say a 18 year ancient teen can take it?

you can use Cell Tech just don’t use the 2 scoops recommended. You can save money by just buying pure creatine monohydrate and adding simple carbs to it.

we’d recommend using it for at least 8 weeks and no more than 16 weeks. You don’t have to come off b/c of being overly concerned w/ downregulation as it is also obtained in the diet as well. The break is more for a mental edge. Hope this helps.

    Hey im just …
Hey im just finished my creatine and im taking a month off given that i been on it since last july. That said, im looking at my preworkout that i still take and i realize it has 5g of creatine.(which i knew already) Could someone potentially just get their creatine from a preworkout? I question this because 5grams is what i would take of a stand alone creatine supplement.
