    illegal in at least 23 countries, but some of those ignore the law. others have repealed the law as a frivolous law prompted by America’s (Reagan’s) war on drugs.

    The netherlands(where amsterdam is located) is the only one that is fully legal. alot of others have weird laws in this area being able to hold up to a certain amount or something dumb but ultimately just netherlands.
