What other other countries are marijuana illegal in?

Besides the United States of America, which other countries have marijuana illegal? Are we the only ones?
Correct and most informational answer gets the 10 points. It would also be nice to have a link to support your answer.

The netherlands(where amsterdam is located) is the only one that is fully legal. alot of others have weird laws about being able to hold up to a certain amount or something dumb but ultimately just netherlands.

    illegal in at least 23 countries, but some of those ignore the law. others have repealed the law as a frivolous law prompted by America’s (Reagan’s) war on drugs.
