I take 7 different kinds of supplements at less then or at their recommended dosage.
Recommended dosage of a Men’s Multivitamin.
Recommended dosage of a Vitamin B Complex.
1250mg of Creatine Hydrochloride.
715mg Proprietary Blend of d-Ribose, Taurine, Kre-Alkalyn, and Alpha-GPC.
2400mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil.
1000mg of L-Glutamine.
1000mg of L-Arginine.
Again, these are all less then recommended dosage unless noted. I exercise daily and eat healthy.
Is there a limit to dietary supplements it would be safe taking? Or since I am not taking more then I should is there nothing wrong with me taking all these? I have done this for weeks and not felt any negative side effects, but just making sure considering long term effects.
Izzy, you could not be more wrong. I have used dietary supplements and have been working out for years. I know what certain nutrients do but I am not familiar with the limits of nutrients. No need to be an asshole. And yes, I have seen positive effects of the supplements I take, otherwise I would not spend the money it takes to maintain them. I do not know if you know this, but there is no need to take supplements unless your already getting what you need. Most of the stuff I take are related to building and repairing muscle which is not normally found in food. Hard to believe you have 80% best answer with replies like that. Totally ignorant.

I’ll bet you haven’t felt any positive effects either.
Unless a doctor recommends a vitamin or any supplement(s) for a particular reason You are wasting your money.
We benefit much much more from nutrients and vitamins in the food we eat than any synthetic product.
It’s a wonder you have room for any food.
