Ok, I am in the eigth grade right now I am on top by far No one is stronger. But in highschool guys are going to start to have some money and start using steriods. I refuse to take anything illegal or unsafe but I want evey single safe option available my flawless diet and workplan isnt going to cutt it.

Are this safe? Do they work? Any nasty side effects?
Caffiene-lets face it school work friends and gym 4 times a week who has time for that some caffeine will help.

Creatine- Ok this is everywhere a 4 week on 2 week off cycle sounds safe havent found many complaints If this will help my recovery worth a shot

Zinc- ok its a mineral how dangerous could this be and if it boosts my testosterone levels should be a must have right ? Safe easy cheap and effective as far as I know

glutamine – amino acid in food sounds safe if it helps me keep mymuscles from getting torn down worth a try

Vitamin/mineral supplement – cant hurt you I think

horny goat weed- testosterone booster

Tribulus Terrestris- teststerone boosters

You honestly don’t need all those supplements.

The only supps you need are whey protein, creatine, and a multi vitamin.

At your age, you don’t have to worry about testosterone.

Just eat big and lift big. Its simple as that. You will get bigger and stronger if you eat enough to grow, and lift heavier weights

Supplements do not work. The theory behind them is based on a flawed understanding of physiology and, furthermore, there are no studies showing that they increase the rate of muscle growth. Let’s take glutamine for example. The average diet is well in excess of the amount of protein (including glutamine) needed for normal protein balance PLUS excess muscle growth and repair.

Yes, steroids will increase the rate of muscle growth, but possibly only as an adjunct to training (ie. you’d still need to go to the gym), but, as you say, it’s a no-brainer why you shouldn’t be taking them in the first place.

If you want muscle growth, go to the gym and choose weights that exhaust you after about 7-10 repetitions. If you work out hard enough (3 times a week), it will cut it.
