    Hi Juan, creatine is really for body builders, and body building is one of the worst things you can do at 14. It is recommended not doing heavy weights until you are at least 15 but in my attitude I feel the later the better and not till 17 (MPOO).

    Give your bones time to harden up and strengthen and for you testosterone lelvels to boost by which time you will find it much simpler to develop muscle.
