I am going to buy a protein powder that contains creatine monohydrate but i wanted to make sure it wasn’t bad for me
Hi Juan, creatine is really for body builders, and body building is one of the worst things you can do at 14. It is recommended not doing heavy weights until you are at least 15 however in my opinion I feel the later the better and not till 17 (MPOO).
Give your bones time to harden up and strengthen and for you testosterone lelvels to increase by which time you will find it much easier to develop muscle.
