i wouldnt take creatine and i play football-if u want to get bigger, take 100% whey protein, its extracted from cheese and it is a bi-product of milk, so there are no side effects, as for your lifting, just keep working at it, to build size-lift heavier weights with less reps, and to build strength and endurance-lift lower weight with more reps, i personally dont take any supplements besides a multivitamin, just make sure you eat right and intake enough of everything especially complex carbs(bread, pasta, cereal), and protein(you need at least 1 gram of protein per every pound you weigh), whey protein wont effect your height, but once you start lifting weights, it does slow down the growth of your bones, so you really have to take in more calcium and other things to fortfiy your bones so you dont completely stop growing, as for your height dont worry, most guys continue growing until they are about 18 all the way to age 21, for the slower growers, as a comparison, i am 16 years old also, but i am 6' at 190 pounds, i am still planning to get bigger in the offseason, my goal is to put on 10 more pounds of muscle, even it out at 200, don't worry if you dont see results right away, the first year you lift you will see the most difference, after that, it is very slow and gradual, but you will be able to tell, when i entered high school as freshmen, i was only 145 pounds, i am a junior now and am at 190 pounds, and it has all been muscle gain-my body fat has been going down every year, just eat right and stay motivated, you will be fine
References :
play linebacker on varsity football team, lift weights, and work out all the time

I would try eating more and giving the routine you are on a chance before reaching for supplements. If the routine is a good one, and you're eating enough, you WILL grow. If you don't grow, then there's something wrong with the way you're training or eating -- and no supplement will help you.

Creatine is a possibility when you've already been training for a while and need/want a little edge. Here's a site that talks about it:

http://bodybuilding.com/store/creatine.html

I personally think you are too young for it, but that's my opinion. FYI, I've been training for 20 years and have never tried it (or any other supplement, legal or not), and I'm never had a problem getting bigger or stronger. It just takes finding the right program and sticking with it. Good luck.
References :
NASM Certified Personal Trainer; AFAA Certified Kickboxing Instructor; Natural Bodybuilder/Powerlifter, 20 years exp.
