    Try browns. All varieties of browns and tans. Unless you want to see how oranges (lightened and darkened–try them all) look.

    Try to remember the ancient Santa Fe ten speed bikes from the late seventies. Black brown orange yellow tan. Santa Fe.

    If the client does not like the color scheme, then go for silvers and blues (the blues just being silver but with cast light on it, like brushed steel) Black and steel look fantastic, and any one color will go with that.
