		<description>&lt;b&gt;Might be a stupid ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Might be a stupid question, but I work in security, and when I guard the outside I usually run around the building. It&#039;s like 1 mile. It takes me about 5 minutes... However, it will take longer if I just walk.

So, the question is, since you&#039;re saying jogging isn&#039;t THAT MUCH more efficient, should I walk instead for more calorie burn?</description>
