    Excuse me I didn’t know that. Mst of Latin America speaks Spanish so excuse me for not knowing every single language spoken in every place. I didn’t even mean it to offend anybody.     (continued) A) “it sounds sexier” that’s all, pretty simple. It’s annoying because if an ugly homeless Brit was on TV no way they would think the accent is sexy, and B) get on a treadmill, an accent won’t make you attractive to anyone but maybe a few less pounds will. I may have been arguing a lot of things but I never argued that everything I said would make sense to whoever read them so….I dislike shallowness, that should help a little.

I thought I had made my point pretty crystal clear, it was simply that people who think that an accent is “sexy” and people who wish they had a different accent for reasons like (won’t fit in this comment)

    Brazilians are not Hispanics, they speak Portuguese not Spanish, that’s pretty offensive to a Brazilian that you would think they speak Spanish with an accent, they have their own language.

    By British accent I mean any accent from the UK, although it almost always ends up being the English accent, and in case you say that there is no such thing as an English accent, I do know that there are variations but that is irrelevant to my point.

    And u Nikolette11 obviously don’t know how to write a coherent argument. Even after your latest explanation, I still have NO idea what you are arguing.

    Honestly, I think you may have a valid argument if your thesis in fact argues the following: the internal-boredom of America’s populis is an explanation for our current decline in a multitude of social, economic, and political sectors… hence our interest in other ethnic identities had evolved.
