im hitting the gym hard as for maximum mass gain, and taking whey protein powder. .i want to purchase some monohydrate creatine powder, cos what ive read its good.
do they all have a loading up phase then a maintenance phase. as i would prefer one that just has the same dose all the time, so i dont do my body any damage by loading up. also what are the best brands that actually work, please put experiences. thanks
The loading phase has pretty much shown to be meaningless. 5 grams a day is all you need.
As for brand, they’re all pretty much the same, but if it’s still important to you, try EAS Phosphagen. It’s one of the originals.
