I heard that while taking Creatine, your body looks pumped most of the time. I’ve only been taking Creatine for about 5 days now and I notice that pump (or they’re actually results for my weight training), and I’m afraid that a month or two from now, when I stop Creatine, my body will go back to being small. What do you guys say to this?
I’m a trainer and avid creatine user for years. This ‘pumped’ look you get from creatine is actually mostly water. Creatine stores water in your muscles. The muscle you build from using creatine and consumer alot of protein will remain. When you stop creatine, you will only lose that puffy look. You will not necessarily get smaller again. The muscle built will remain. However, creatine is meant to be cycled. Meaning, go 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 4 weeks on etc.

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! – it’s just pills, but you’ll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
http://www.help-me-diet.us and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
