Any other way to test for muscle damage at home? I get an aweful lot of muscle soreness after my weightlifting workout, and I want to make sure I’m not doing too much damage.
I need to do this test at HOME because I can’t reach the doctor’s office, make an appointment, get in to see the doctor, then get a lab slip, then get to the lab before my body changes and the professional grade blood tests are no longer valid. I need information NOW! Then I can take that info. to my doctor to show him the NEED for a STAT, right now, "get him in the lab," prescription or standing order for the professional testing I may need.
why don’t you just go to a local clinic or hospital and see the appropriate doctor for that. after all, if something is indeed wrong with your muscles or any internal part of your body, you wouldn’t just rely on "quick tests" to know if you really have them or not. you should just consult a doctor or physician and have a regular check-up and lab tests.
