how do i use weider creatine capsules?

Hi, do not seem to understand how to take the weider creatine.I see on the bottle that its says to take 7 capsules.But is it before the workout or 7 throught out the day?i took 7 45 min before my workout is that bad?please some one help,i really need to know how to take them.It is not very clear on the bottle.Thank you very much

How many g of creatine monohydrate per capsule? To take seven in one go definitely doesn’t sound right. Even if they were 5g capsules you’d only need 7 in a day if you were like, 250lb.
