Other than that, the minor side effects reported seem to be similar between men and women — water retention, possibly dehydration, and some investigate has suggested hurt to liver and kidneys (I know of 2 people personally who have dealt with this). And, reported muscle cramps.

Right, to make a long subect small, no, there’s unquestionably no link to testosterone and creatine.
Robbie is unquestionably right, the side effect of creatine is dehydration, easily remedied by drinking, because on a basic amount, creatine floods the muscles with water, which is where a lot of people see the size gains from. This water is obviously drawn from the system, so you need to top up your reserves.
Drink a excellent 3 or 4 pints more than habitual.

No. Creatine is used by the muscles as a small term energy store. Testosterone is produced by the testes under the influence of LH, which is secreted by the pituitary gland. So they are 2 completely separate items.
If you want to boost testosterone, there are herbs (tribullis terrestris) which boost the production of LH from the pituitary gland.
