I’ve just purchased a creatine powder from a British company called Reflex -the powder is a mixture of Creatine Monohydrate and L-Glutamine. I’m probably being over cautious but I was wondering if its safe to use this alongside my usual whey protein shakes to help me bulk up? I’m training about three times a week, concerntrating on different muscle groups each session. I’ve recently switched from Promax to Reflex whey protein and am starting to see slightly more results than before and I wanted to add Creatine to improve those results further still because the lack of change in my strength seems to be holding me back, i.e. by increasing how much I lift, the bigger gains I’m going to see…

You will be fine it is a good combination to use. I would also suggest a multivitamin.
