I read you need a loading period, of about 20mg a day for a week. I only take a two teaspoons immediately after I work out with a juice and a protein shake. I do not take it on my off days. What do you guys think?
Creatine is an alternate energy source (main one being glucose) stored in your muscle. You’re supposed to take it before you work out so you can work harder and longer. Protein is all you need afterward, to rebuild your muscle.
