i have been using creatine capsules for a month now without going through the loading phase. all i gained is 1 lbs. of body weight.. i am taking 4 capsules a day 725mg each..as instructed in the bottle for users with weight less that 150 lbs… I am really confused with these supplement most said it helps you bulk up and better strenght sure there are strenght gains but what i need is weight..i go to the gym 3 times a week… still not effective….any help?
I was more informed of this supplement being a muscle builder and helps out with cramps as to keep the lactic acid from building up in the muscles, and not a weight gain supplement. I know there are products that specify this and supposedly gain weight on. I don’t need to gain, I need to build muscle.!!

Quit the pills and eat more protein.
