yeah thats plenty. ive learned that you dont need to take it every day to get all the benifits either, thats a marketing ploy. i only take the stuff after weight workouts. you can load on it too the first week but after that its just maintainance. once your toped off your body excretes the excess creatine.

Drink a ton of water as well. It bloats your cells with water so you recover quicker.
