I have GNC creatine monohydrate powder.
I have been taking it for a month and have seen some decent results.
I have been taking 10 grams on work out days (5g 30 mins before and 5g after) and 5 grams in the morning on non workout days. Is this a good amount or should i take more for better results? thanks

yeah thats plenty. ive learned that you dont need to take it every day to get all the benifits either, thats a marketing trick. i only take the stuff after weight workouts. you can load on it too the first week but after that its just maintainance. once your toped off your body excretes the excess creatine.

    Drink a ton of water as well. It bloats your cells with water so you recover faster.
