    Rofl I’ve been working out for 3 months already, this video is bullshit, I’ve read magazines done research And I even have my own personal trainer and I can’t gain 30lbs of muscle mass in 1 month. I would probably be able to do that in 4-6 months but I would have to get a lot of discipline in food and take a lot of creatine, glutamine and protien shakes. Bottom line, this vid is bull.

    The ONLY way this would be possible is if you were already big before hand and you lost it somehow either by injury or laziness. The Colorado experiment he references involved Nautlus equipment and a bodybuilder that was involved in a car accident. You rely on “muscle memory”. But, theoretically, if you trained to failure, than used negative’s and you relied on the big 4 exercises, you maybe could do this. (bench, squat, deadlift, and power clean) but that is a big MAYBE!!!
