I would probably be able to do that in 4-6 months but I would have to get a lot of discipline in food and take a lot of creatine, glutamine and protien shakes. Bottom line, this vid is bull.</description>

But, theoretically, if you trained to failure, than used negative&#039;s and you relied on the big 4 exercises, you maybe could do this. (bench, squat, deadlift, and power clean) but that is a big MAYBE!!!</description>
