Unquestionably! Creatine іѕ basically a product thаt gives energy tο уουr muscles аnd helps ATP production tο hеlр уουr workout last. It helps mοѕt directly wіth muscular strength аnd endurance аnd helps gеt energy directly tο thе muscles. Thеrе аrе a LOT οf body-builders thаt υѕе thіѕ аѕ раrt οf thеіr "work-out diet".

Unquestionably! Creatine is basically a product that gives energy to your muscles and helps ATP production to help your workout last. It helps most directly with muscular strength and endurance and helps get energy directly to the muscles. There are a LOT of body-builders that use this as part of their "work-out diet".

Yes, it does work, no it is not a type of sugar, it is two amino acids place together that combined with the mineral phosphorus provide a "backdoor" in cellular metabolism. ATP is the main energy substrate on the cellular amount and phosphorylated creatine (creatine phosphate) picks up when ATP is temporarily unavailable. Creatine allows for more work to be done, this may manifest itself in a few more reps or a few more pounds on the bar. You may also notice that you look a small larger as it is stored in muscle cells with water so your muscles will look larger when they are super biased with creatine.

And just a regular, cheap bulk powder will work just fine. Load at 20-25g a day for four or five days and then maintain with 5-10g a day after workouts thereafter.
