creatine frοm whаt i’ve heard іѕ tough οn уουr kidneys. though i myself don’t take іt, a lot οf people υѕе cell tech. muscle milk іѕ casein meaning іt іѕ ѕlοw digesting. therefore take іt before bed. creatine, take іt before working out.

creatine from what i’ve heard is tough on your kidneys. though i myself don’t take it, a lot of people use cell tech. muscle milk is casein meaning it is slow digesting. therefore take it before bed. creatine, take it before working out.

learn what creatine does first before you waste money on a bunch of "get ripped now!!!!!" crap.
look up "cellular respiration" – it will clarify the role of creatine.
its been awhile since biology but…
the main thought is ATP (adenosinetriphosphate)<sp?>
all cells use this molecule to make energy
small tale: basically…
the mitochondria (the part of a cell that makes energy for that cell) in body cells take oxygen, glucose, water and ATP…mashes it all up and make energy, the biproduct is carbon dioxide you breath out, water and ADP (adenosinediphosphate). the ATP loses a phosphorus (group or atom i cant remember) in this process.
your liver converts creatine into creatine phosphate . your cells take the phosphate from creatine phosphate and convert ADP back into ATP so your cells can mash it up with water, oxygen, and glucose to make energy again. you piss out the waste
is hard to clarify without turning it into a 4 page book report. but wikipedia does a pretty excellent job on this subject
