    The advantages of ethyl ester is that it is more absorbable than the monohydrate form so you don’t have to take as much. Any huge company with a solid reputation is usually trustworthy. I have heard pros are stacking an ethyl ester with something like vitargo by nutrex. Vitargo is a mass builder with added carbs but its not simple sugars like cel tech but a high molecular weight complex carb that supposedly has better effects that the sugar. Cell mass by BSN is supposed to be pretty excellent as a stand alone low carb formula.
