I’d Like to know if its ok for me to take creatine capsules to help me in my workout? I’d like to get stronger and buff up a little? Thnx
IMO there is no real problem with taking creatine at 15. But some say kidney failure can result from using creatine. I would say just always drink plenty of water to stay hydrated when working out, especially when using creatine.
NOTE: Kidney failure is not proven so don’t get worried by that comment. Just letting you know of some things I have heard.
