Look up starting strength аnd dο іt. Eat hυgе, аnd уου wіll gеt hυgе. I gained 25 lbs іn іn thіѕ area 4months wіth a combination οf Starting strength аnd olympic lifting.

    Flaws – You reckon stout loss happens only with exercise.

    Question yourself how does one become stout? They over eat calories…. So nutrition must obviously be addressed first.

    Please google BMR(Basel metabolic rate) and caloric deficits.

    Secondly, its SO much simpler to let your BMR do all the stout burning. Bodybuilders reach sub ten percent body fats and use dieting to cut stout. Why? Cause it’s much simpler to eat 600 calories less and make a deficit than make a deficit bt exercising in cardio for 3-4 hours tiresome to achieve the same deficit of 600 calories.- Thus the whole bulking/cutting cycles you see them doing….. Bulking(caloric surplus to place on muscle) and cutting(caloric deficit to cut stout).

    In fact there is ways now like a IF setups that allow you to stay sub 10% and still place on muscle if used right.

    Pros- Path training could work if used right. Metabolic circuits can work excellent if diet is in check. Again the whole nutrition thing.

    As for supplements…. First realize that 90% of what is in GNC or Vitamin World are just pure crap. You see the new kids wasting their money on things like NO products and other worthless crap to the point they could just go ahead and waste less on steroids and save more money and get more results.

    Anyways, glutmaine is one exclusion and has been "proven" to work. Other amino acid supplmentation the same. Just don’t guess a lot for it.

    Oh one more thing, again the crap factor…. When you see things like "natural anoabolic" it probably is crap. All these "legal steriods" you see in the muscle mags is just crap. In fact do yourself a favor pick up a nutrition textbook and anatomy and phsyiology textbook. They will go further than those comic books they call muscle magazines.
