what are the top 5 supplements of which you speak of in this video. I take a lot of supplements, and I’ve always assumed there was some placebo affect but I find that when I’m using supplements I push myself that much harder to get the most out of my investment. I’m just wondering if I’m already taking some of the 5 you recommend.
