<br />There are many myths surrounding creatine but most are not true. Creatine is simply something that boosts energy to the muscles when you need it&#8230; its not some body messing steroid as some people see it!. The only thing I&#8217;d say about creatine is to take it at the &quot;recommend&quot; dosage (as with most supplements) and to have an off period every so often as your receptors don&#8217;t get used to the process of using creatine.<br />
Here&#8217;s a really good read up on the use of creatine, I found it extremely interesting.</p>

<br />There is no reason to believe that there is a relationship between creatine and sexual behavior (or capability).<br />
 But, as usual, it might be of some help for those who sentimentally believe in anything. However, as said before, be careful with the purity of the product. We know that some commercials add anabolic steroids to creatine. This conduct cannot be tolerated. Excess anabolic steroid substances can have negative effects on sex and general health care.</p>
