<p>I&#8217;ve taken protein before, without any sideeffects at all!<br />
Last week, I started taking a mixture of Protein, <a href="http://creatinesideeffects.org" title="creatine">Creatine </a>and Glutamine, a cocktail recommended by a body builder.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been feeling OK, but find myself on the toilet 3-4 times a day! and stomach always churning and rumbling, heaps of gas too!!</p>
<p>Any insight by anyone? has anyone had this before?<br />
<br />you failed to mention how many grams per serving, how many servings, and what brand u are using. all 3 can create the symptoms you are talking about. you shouldn&#8217;t be taking more than 5 g creatine per day, its not necessary to load.. if u are beginning glutamine, 5 grams per serving to start, and 5-10 grams per day for week 1. on week 2 you can take 15-20 grams per day split into servings of 5 grams each. glutamine will cause stomach upset and gas/bloat if taken too much at a time. if you are suddenly taking alot of protein powder, i recommend taking in more water and try to eat more greens. i found that if i eat more salads and greens when upping my protein shake consumption, it really helps with the stomach problems. if all else fails, take just the protein for a week, then add the creatine in week 2 and the glutamine in  week 3. this should give you a chance to figure out which of the 3 is causing the problems. good luck</p>
