Same effects as taking them both separately.
Protein: Recovery and muscle building.
Creatine: Energy, increase in strength and endurance.
I would actually recommend Creatine more than protein as a supplement, because to actually get the required amount of Creatine from meat, you would have to eat 5lbs of it.
